Anne & Liam’s Wedding
St. John the Baptist Church, Ovens and The Fota Island Resort, Cork.
Another grand day for Wedding Photography, as it stayed dry and it wasn’t too sunny! I didn’t have too far to travel today as Ovens Church is only out the road from where I live. Make-up Artist Liz McCarthy was busy when I arrived for the preparation photos. Anne and Liam were blessed with the weather and it’s no surprise as Liam’s Uncle is Fr. Cormac Breathnach and Anne’s cousin is Fr. Michael Leamy and they both helped with the wedding mass along with Fr. Liam O’Hici of Ovens, and also Anne’s Aunt Sr. Margaret was helping out in the house on the morning. Music in the church was by Nancy Long and her family (I photographed Nancy’s sons wedding only a few weeks ago) We headed for Kilcrea Abbey for the photo session and it was the perfect time of year as the Barley had been cut and baled which made a great setting for photos and the picnic!
