Sinead & Sean’s Wedding
The Honan Chapel, UCC and Dunmore House, Clonakilty, Co. Cork.
A start close to home for me as Sinead is from Ballincollig. It was a busy house and everything was under control and ready to go. Great to work with Hairdresser Miriam and Make-up Artist Kate Noonan and Videographer Michael Heaney.
There was a few surprises that were going to crop up during the day and I’m not talking about the rain! Could it be the Trumpet player in the church, or the Galway Hurlers guard of honour or was it the Aston Martin car which Sean organised to was to wisp Sinead away to Dunmore House! (Very James Bond!)
Patrice O’Connor sang beautiful hymns and Fr. Sean from Ovens made all the Galway guests feel welcome. As it was raining I was able to make use of the stone corridor in UCC which was very busy a tour party were also sheltering from the rain and exams were taking place in the Aula Maxima. That also meant no photos on the beach but it did start to clear just as the meal was being called so I caught a selection of images on the magnificent deck at Dunmore House.
